Mark Burns is a results-driven operator with 20-plus years of experience developing, managing, marketing, and operating small- and medium-sized businesses in various industries, including health and fitness, sales, real estate, hospitality, and marketing & business development. Mark has a long-term track record of building cohesive teams that consistently deliver positive results, handling and mitigating crisis management situations, and providing unparalleled service to guests, customers, and clients. Mark is a highly regarded owner/operator by employees, peers, and colleagues and an inspirational leader and team builder, creative thinker, and problem solver. Since joining BlueIvy in 2016, he has overseen client growth and team development, positioning BlueIvy as one of the premier Public Relations and Communications firms in South Florida.
Mark resides in Delray Beach and enjoys being active in the local community. He currently serves on the board for Arts Garage, a Delray Beach-based non-profit that provides diverse, multicultural programming that promotes inclusion in the arts. Mark is also a board member of Roots and Wings, a Delray Beach-based non-profit that focuses on improving literacy rates amongst elementary school children in Palm Beach County. In addition, he is a board member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and is a co-founder of Delray Beach-based running group, Pineapple Run Crew. In 2022, he served as the Volunteer Team Manager at the World Maccabi Games in Israel and again in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the Latin Maccabi Games in 2024. He is also a member of 1909, a non-profit organization of innovators and entrepreneurs in West Palm Beach, FL and the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce.
