From the boardroom to the courtroom, at the seats of government or at a community association meeting, Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L. offers effective legal and business solutions to individuals, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, government agencies and community associations who call Florida home. We have built a significant presence in Florida through dedicated, active involvement and leadership in the professional, legislative and civic communities.
Sachs Sax Caplan, P.L. is an established law firm that hired BlueIvy Communications to build up brand awareness in South Florida. They wanted to stand out from other law firms in the area as the authorities on Community Association Law. Their messaging was that they are the law firm to turn to for anything regarding HOA’s and Condo Associations. Additionally, they wanted to establish a community both inside and out of the firm using newsletters, social media and additional media coverage.
Through a combination of proactive and reactive public relations and communications activity, BlueIvy Communications successfully turned Peter Sachs and the law office of Sachs, Sax Caplan into a respected authority on all things having to do with Community Association Law, best business practices, and legal rights of both owners and board members.
For example, after the partial collapse of the Champlain Towers South condominium in Surfside, Fla., Founding Partner Peter Sachs discussed state lawmakers’ initial failure to pass a condominium safety bill to prevent future tragedies in the Sun Sentinel.
The media coverage was part of a successful public campaign that inevitably got lawmakers to reach an understanding and pass the bill, while cementing Mr. Sachs as a thought leader on the matter and the firm as an authority on community associations in the wake of other tragedies and impending legal matters.
Additionally, the firm wanted to establish a community both inside and out of the firm. To do so, the BlueIvy team developed newsletters and were able to secure additional media coverage.
The BlueIvy team showcased Sachs Sax Caplan in a more personal way, highlighting individual attorneys as well as the firm’s involvement with local non-profits in the community as a way for the public to “get to know” the firm.
